Fencers Club London sessions cover:

All our session take place at our new home Nuffield Health Sports and Fitness Centre, The Royal Masonic School for Girls, Chorleywood Road, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 4HF (see map at bottom of this page)

Please note all our session will start promptly so please ensure you arrive ahead of time as the warm up sessions are vital to reduce the risk of injury. Also, the times and session structure are for guidance.

Monday Evenings

7pm to 9pm

7:00pm Dynamic Warm Up
7:15pm Strength and Conditioning / Footwork
7:30pm Free Fencing, Piste Exercises, Tactical Games and 1 – 1 Lessons
8:45pm Stability and Mobility

Tuesday Evenings

7pm to 9:30pm

7:00pm Dynamic Warm Up
7:15pm Strength and Conditioning
7:30pm Footwork
7:45pm Free Fencing, Piste Exercises, Tactical Games and 1 – 1 Lessons
9:15pm Stability and Mobility
