Pawel has been with FCL since it was founded. His vision has always been to create a training environment in which fencers can reach their potential, whilst enjoying the journey and building long-term relationships.
He is a Sports Science graduate majoring in coaching and is a member of the UKSCA. Involved in professional sport for over 20 years, Pawel is a European Champion, eight-time Polish National Champion, member of the Polish National Team 2005-2016 and a published author in Journal of Health & Science.
His goal is to build up physically and mentally strong athletes, who will not only be effective in sports but in life too. Pawel emphasises the process of trying, analysing, learning and trying again, creating belief, confidence and ongoing improvement in whatever is attempted.
His students have won or have placed highly in numerous domestic and international competitions.
