Access to the competition area (Field of Play) is reserved for fencers and authorized personnel (referees and coaches).
No fencing bags are allowed in the fencing hall - please leave all bags upstairs in the marked areas.
All coaches and officials to hold a valid EFC license. Accreditation is required; authorized coaches will receive wristbands at the welcome desk.

Fencers, coaches, and referees from Europe and other continents must hold a valid EFC license.
Registrations via the EFC service portal no later than 7 days before the competition.

International fencers - €40 (to be paid in cash on-site)
GBR fencers - £76 - entry and payment via Sport80
Registration and entry fees
The EFC follows the same format as FIE Junior World Cups:
1 round of poules with 20-25% elimination
Direct elimination without repechage and no march for 3rd place
The event counts towards GB Senior and Junior national ranking points
Competition format
Referee requirement per nation
1-3 fencers = No referee requirement
4-9 fencers = 1 referee
10-15 fencers = 2 referees
16+ fencers = 3 referees
All referees must be registered on the EFC site by their national federation. In the event where this requirement is not met, a penalty of 500 € will be charged for each missing referee. This penalty must be paid before the fencers from the offending country can begin to compete.
Each member federation may register an unlimited number of fencers.
Reminder: An EFC license is required.
FOR GBR FENCERS ONLY: Each club to be treated as a country, eg a club with 4+ fencers must provide 1 referee; 2 referees for 10+ fencers.
Referee license level: EFC Category C or national level in their country
